According to Foresight News, alternative investment fund manager Jaltech has been granted a Cryptocurrency Asset Service Provider (CASP) license by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). This license will allow Jaltech to provide cryptocurrency investment services to financial advisors, institutional investors, and retail investors.
Previously, Foresight News reported that South Africa plans to issue licenses to around 60 cryptocurrency platforms by the end of March, according to Bloomberg.
