PANews 3月26日消息，预言机项目API3提出在官方治理论坛上提出“战略性资金多元化融资”提案，旨在寻求DAO批准其总额为400万枚USDC的新一轮私人战略融资。拟议的融资由DWF Labs领投，The Spartan Group、野村证券旗下加密部门Laser Digital和 Caladan参投。该轮融资计划由API3 DAO主要金库提供1,423,500枚API3代币的折扣锁定分配，在6个月的锁定期之后有12个月的线性解锁期（提案通过后6个月解锁50%的代币，剩余50%在接下来的6个月线性解锁）。根据该提案，筹集资金的目的是为API3提供额外的流动资金，用于其API3 OEV网络的开发和营销及其主网启动，以及围绕进一步dApp和链集成的业务开发工作。
