PANews 3月15日消息，香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）今日发出警告，提醒公众提防一家名为“MEXC”的疑似无牌虚拟资产交易平台。MEXC虽向香港投资者积极推广其服务，但未获得证监会的发牌或申请牌照，在香港经营虚拟资产交易平台。根据《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金行为条例》，在香港无牌经营虚拟资产服务业务或向香港投资者积极推广相关服务，将构成犯罪行为。证监会今日已将MEXC及其网站列入可疑虚拟资产交易平台警惕名单，并再次警告投资者风险，指出在不受监管的虚拟资产交易平台买卖虚拟资产可能面临的损失。证监会表示，将在适当情况下，果断对无牌平台采取执法行动。
