According to PANews, former Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon has been placed in a foreigner reception center by Montenegrin authorities after his prison term ended on March 23. Before being transferred to the camp, Do Kwon was interrogated by local inspectors for five hours. It is expected that Do Kwon will continue to be guarded in the camp until the local court makes a new decision on his extradition. Do Kwon's local legal representative, Goran Rodić, believes this treatment is illegal and has stated that he will appeal to the local administrative court. Local media reported that Do Kwon's passport was also confiscated last week. Previously, it was reported that Do Kwon had left Montenegrin prison awaiting extradition.
